Find an experienced handyman in Mosman

Our dishwasher kickboard was glued on when the kitchen was installed. We need a handyman to remove it in order to replace the dishwasher. Need help to either remove the kickboard without causing damage to it (e.g. with clamps or very carefully cutting away) or otherwise neatly cut the kickboard at each side of the dishwasher cabinet e.g. using an oscillating multi-tool while protecting the floor with a scraper (kickboard to be later refitted with catches and cover strip to hide the cuts, in a separate job) This job must be done carefully and neatly as we don’t want damage to the kitchen

Just need someone to do some maintenance for my air conditioner it’s just not flowing the cold air that well.

Hang up one curtain rod in living room. Concrete wall with a bit of a sandy layer. Had a curtain rod before but my son pulled it down.

The sliding door opens easily, but gets stuck on closing and need to be lift up to close.

An old light was removed, and new light installed central to the room. Consequently, we need the "hole" the old light left to be filled/patched and painted. Filling the gap would require the right size piece of timber to be inserted, patched around and painted.
