We have multiple small tasks that need done: I have worked up time allowances for each task & 5hours should more than be adequate: - Fix 6 X hooks into an outdoor masonry wall. Will you to bring plugs & drill able to go through masonry. - Make up a flat pack coat litter cabinet - Hang a curtain rail across a 2.8 metre length. - Make up a flat pack tall cat climbing tree -make up a cat scratching pst -dismantle a queen bed , move to a new room & remake up the queen bed. Need someone who is on time & cleans up after each task. We can provide rubbish bags & sweeping brushes, dustpan etc. Preferred time is 7.00AM start, but open to other times , bit not other days.

The aim is to establish a long-term working relationship with the right renderer to complete the balance of our 300m²+ exterior rendering project. The sample area is on fibro cement sheeting. The full project includes rendering over: - Existing brick masonry - Fibro cement cladding - Risewall/Dincel permanent polymer formwork We’re looking for someone experienced in premium acrylic render systems and capable of delivering a smooth, contemporary architectural finish suitable for a high-end coastal home. This first task includes: - Supply of all labour and materials - Surface preparation and primer as required - Premium acrylic render system suitable for fibro cement - Smooth white finish (final colour to match Dulux Lexicon Half) - Clean, professional workmanship If we’re both happy with the outcome, we’d like to engage you for the remaining 300m²+ of rendering. For the larger project, I’ll supply the materials, and we’ll work on a fair market day rate or agreed project pricing. We’re moving house and need a reliable handyman to help with a few small jobs before we leave. Tasks include: * Fill and patch several small holes in the walls (photos attached). * Paint small patch around aircon unit * Reattach a small section of skirting board that has come loose. * Secure one outdoor umbrella bracket. * Remove two existing Tv brackets and make good if required. Front gate door is misaligned over time. Task requires removal of door off hinges, shaving of the sides and repositioning to make sure it opens/closes.

Urgent reattachment of a large (2.5m) automated roller blind (Luxaflex). The fabric has been taken off the tape and requires putting back on and aligning.

Need a small wooden trap door installed to access space under deck. Should be about 50cm x 50cm with a sliding bolt lock / latch.

An old light was removed, and new light installed central to the room. Consequently, we need the "hole" the old light left to be filled/patched and painted. Filling the gap would require the right size piece of timber to be inserted, patched around and painted.
