Looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter to complete a number of small repair and maintenance jobs around our house. There are 9 items in total for this task (photos attached showing each one): 1. Repair chipped/damaged top corner of an internal door – small section of timber has broken away. Fill/repair and touch up so it looks neat. 2. Repair/patch holes and cracking around top of window frames x 2 – previous fixing holes from blinds plus some cracking/marks to be filled and made good. 3. Repair and repaint damaged external access door/panel – timber/paint has peeled away quite badly on one section. 4. Repaint wood at entrance of house where the wood stain is coming through 5. Window area –install new glazing bead (about 60cm) 6. Repair crack above window/door frame – fill and finish neatly. 7. Repair chipped/damaged timber behind kitchen sink – small area where paint/timber has come away. 8. Repair underside of exterior beam/soffit – currently rusty / mouldy and needs making good. 9. Repair small damaged/open corner at bottom of cabinetry/skirting – make the join neat and finished. We are looking for someone who is good with minor carpentry repairs, patching/filling, doors/windows and general finishing work, rather than just someone to paint over the damage.
