Looking for an experienced handyman to hang/install a few items around our home: * 1 × large photo frame (quite lightweight) * 1 × brass coat hook rack * 1 × kitchen clock * 1 × large artwork — move the existing wall hook to a new position (no repair needed to the old hole as it will be hidden by the artwork) * 1 × medium photo frame * 4 × small acrylic bookshelves Looking for someone who is experienced with hanging artwork/shelves and can make sure everything is level, secure and neatly installed. Please bring your own tools and suitable wall fixings. Should be a relatively straightforward job for someone experienced. I think the walls are masonry (eg if I tap it it feels solid like concrete).

Old steel swing set aproximately 3 metres long with posts dug in (2 loose but 2 might need digging out). Job is to dig out and remove/dispose of.

Job Description Hi there, I am looking for an experienced roofer to repair the ridge capping on my tiled roof. The mortar bedding is cracking and failing in several spots, causing gaps that need to be addressed. I have attached photos showing the current condition of the tiles and the mortar.
