Scope of work: Take down and re-arrange approximately 12 picture frames in new positions (level and securely anchored). Fill/patch the old nail and screw holes neatly (approx. 32 holes). Light sand and touch up the patched spots with paint so they blend in smoothly. I need someone to install a hanging display frame from the ceiling. The frame comes with the mounting hardware, screws and 2 m hanging wires. The job involves drilling 2 fixing points into the ceiling, installing the frame and adjusting the wire length so it hangs level at the required height. The tool needed to adjust the wire length is not included, so please bring the appropriate tool. Screws and mounting hardware are provided in the set.

Need one kitchen cupboard and one side panel removed - the fridge does not fit by 5mm. We are planning a renovation next year so it's going anyway at some point. To remove the side panel you will need to take out the cabinet above the fridge. I have taken out the screws, but it needs some brute force. We can do the disposal if you can cut the panel into two pieces.
