I’m looking for a handyman to fix two issues: 1. A wall-mounted shelf has come loose. The metal mounting bracket is still there, but some of the fixing points in the wall are damaged. It needs to be securely re-mounted. 2. One of the kitchen cabinet drawers is no longer closing properly. The drawer mechanism/runners appear to be faulty and may need to be replaced. I had the same issue with another drawer previously and the mechanism was replaced. Photos attached. Ideally, I’d like someone who can assess and fix both issues in one visit. A while ago part of the Gyproc ceiling in the garage came down. Old ceiling has been removed by now (pictures from when it just happened) and existing structure can be reused. New Gyproc + insulation needs to be installed over sloping area off 3 x 6m (approx). It’s a sloping ceiling, height in middle is ~5 m. Gorilla platform ladder is available on site.

Cut and install new plasterboard. Patch the damage spots via three coats. Sanding over the patched area then apply primer. Apply touch up paint.
