I’m looking for someone to repair a hole in my laundry wall above the sink, in preparation for new tiles being installed. The hole size will be approximately 630mm wide × 280mm high. Work required: 1. Cut the existing opening slightly larger to remove the uneven edges and allow the replacement Gyprock to sit flush with the surrounding wall. 2. There are three existing timber studs behind the wall that are accessible once the opening is enlarged. 3. Measure and cut a replacement Gyprock piece to fit the new opening. 4. Cut three holes in the Gyprock to accommodate the existing hot and cold tap connections and central spout connection. 5. Secure the Gyprock to the timber studs using appropriate plasterboard screws. 6. Apply jointing tape and suitable plasterboard setting compound to secure and finish the edges. 7. Ensure the finished surface is flat, secure and ready for tiling. No painting or tiling required. Materials provided: * Large sheet of Gyprock (10mm) * Plasterboard jointing tape * Instant-setting cement (if suitable) Happy for you to use your own materials if more appropriate.

My Roof Entry Way Facia is currently wood. I need this to be replaced as the current is rotting. The replacement needs to be Colourbond and of the same colour as the original wood. Materials can be quoted seperate, but no gap is allowed
