I have a list of small repairs and installs to be done in one visit, estimated at 6 to 8 hours. I’m after a reliable, tidy handyman with their own tools. Quotes by the hour and/or a fixed price are both welcome. Tasks include: • Tighten loose door handles • Re-fix a small section of floorboard that is popping out • Replace 24 cabinet handles (handles supplied, screws need cutting to length) • Replace the rangehood lights (bulbs supplied) • Investigate a screw popping out below the dishwasher and fix • Unplug and remove the wall-mounted dryer (plug-in, no electrical work), and leave it in the garage • Investigate the laundry tap (no water coming through) and advise whether it can be fixed or needs replacing • Align laundry doors, which currently don’t line up • Check bathroom exhaust fans • Few switchboard plates loose and coming off: re-secure • Sink drain plug doesn’t seal: advise whether it can be fixed or needs replacing • Install outdoor fairy lights (supplied) • Set up the newly purchased hose • Assemble a trolley (instruction manual is missing) You’re welcome to make a Bunnings trip for any parts needed. I’ll reimburse you, so please keep the receipts. For anything that can’t be fixed, please advise whether it needs replacing before buying anything major. If any job needs a licensed tradesperson (for example, plumbing), please let me know rather than proceeding. To quote, please tell me your hourly rate and a fixed price for the whole list. Visitor parking is available.

Replace broken hinge of on of the cabinet door.

1970’s sliding door lock that is jammed (locked) needs fixing. There’s 4 doors in total, 3 still working. I would consider replacing all 4 locks too

Ceiling fan not turning on using remote control. Not sure if it’s the control or the main unit that is the problem.

I have a small plastic shower piece that I guess its broken, and needs replacement. Anyone can do the repair pls send a quote and time and tell me what you want to do. I looked in bunnings for that piece but couldn't find it.

Looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter for a few small repairs at our house: 1) Repair an old timber awning window with seized/rusted hinges and broken window stay/latch 2) Adjust/repair one panel of an internal sliding door that currently won’t slide 3) Adjust/repair an external kitchen timber door that only opens part-way, possibly due to swelling or alignment Ideally looking for someone experienced with older timber doors/windows. My wardrobe door is shifting from the wall, and everytime I open it the dusk from the wall will drop on the floor. I think the screw from the wall with the door is lost or not attached together anymore. Can anyone help to fix it permanently? Also if possible i want to change 8 lights to LED lights (lights provided)

i need to put a few basic floating shelves in my room on the wall, fix ( screw) two steel laches on my aluminium sliding door and change the screws of a power point - it is estimated that it will take maximum of 4 hours - however we will stop at the end of 4 hours - Although I am flexible but i prefer that we can do it tomorrow sunday

Looking for an experienced licensed plumber with good handyman skills to replace my existing kitchen sink and mixer. The job includes: * Remove existing undermount sink * Remove existing sink mixer * Thoroughly clean and remove all old silicone/adhesive from the benchtop around the existing sink cut-out * Install and reconnect a new undermount sink * Install and reconnect a new pull-out sink mixer * Reconnect waste, trap and water supply * Seal the new sink properly with silicone * Check for leaks and ensure everything is working correctly Requirements: * Experience installing undermount stainless steel sinks * Must have the correct tools (including clamps/supports if required for undermount installation) * Neat workmanship and attention to detail * Please bring all standard installation materials (silicone, fittings, etc.) unless otherwise discussed. The new sink and mixer will be supplied by me.
