We are in need of someone with a narrow digger to dig me some trenches in soil/dirt from the front of the house to the rear (approx 40m) where we are building a studio. The trenches will be used to locate electrical cable and others for sewer piping. Trenches to be approx c. 300 mm wide and 700 mm deep. The eastern trench has narrow access of 900mm and a narrow digger is required. Potentially a 1tonne digger for that section. There may be a small amount of hand digging as required potentially. Allow to dig out any roots to allow cutting/removal. You may need to come to site prior to starting to see the job first hand. Image attached to get an understanding of the job. The trenches required are the BLUE lines.

Looking for a licensed electrician to supply and install a faulty power point. The power point has two standard outlets plus one dedicated switch that connects to a wall heater. Preferred time is Wed 13th 8am-1pm.

Bathroom had two Crompton halogen spotlights (GU5.3/MR16 base, 12V low voltage system). Both stopped working simultaneously no chipped breakers no burnt smell both bulbs replaced with brand-new ones but still no power. There is a wiring box in the ceiling cavity (too large to remove through the fitting hole) that may be relevant. We live in an apartment in Chatswood. The switch has tripped and we need a check today asap. We tried switching off the appliances, one side of the switch doesn’t work.
