I need a Simpson electric wall oven removed and disposed of, and a new Westinghouse electric oven connected and installed. A wooden surround needs fitting to the bottom of the oven, as it is a few cms shorter than the original Simpson. Delivery of the new oven is this week 22/07/24. I am prepared to offer an additional $300 to a cabinetmaker who will be tasked with centreing the oven and possibly adding a surround over the top of the existing one and painting the timber in jarrah colour. So to recap, an electrician to install the oven and get rid of the old one, and a cabinetmaker or skilled carpenter to fix the surround and centre the oven. Payment of $300 each.

Looking for a qualified electrician to install a pendant lamp in a bedroom. Single storey- roof space easily accessible. The catch may be installing the switch. There is currently a single architrave switch on the door frame, controlling two down lights. There is a built in wardrobe limiting access to the side of this. I’d like a 2 gang installed (with a combined dimmer/switch for the pendant) so will need you to enlarge the hole in the door frame and run the new cable through. I’m not a tradie but suspect you may need to cut an access hole in the gyprock on the other side of the wall. See photos and happy to discuss feasibility. Simple instructions to follow to mount the Kogan SmarterHome™ 2400W Outdoor Electric Radiant Strip Heater on the over head girder in my garage. The beam is slightly too narrow for the horseshoe shaped attachment piece so a board wider than the girder will first need to be attached to the beam before mounting the heater itself.

Install 8x lights Replace 14 x light switch fixtures

I require 3x ceiling fans installed into two bedrooms and a study. They are basic Bunnings Arlec Ceiling Fans with built in light and have a remote feature to control the fan. The fans have been assembled and ready for installation. The exisiting rooms only has lights with a covering as per last image.

We are a children's charity situated opposite HBF Park helping vulnerable children and young people living with middle ear disease and hearing loss. One of our smoke alarms needs the batteries changed and we do not have a ladder tall enough to do this ourselves (we have high ceilings in our clinic offices).
