Hi, I need a professional to install NBN wall socket or plate in kitchen

new oyster style light and do safety cert.

Needing a 55 inch TV mounted on an apartment wall (dry wall, metal studs), plus two plugs (one near the fridge and another in the wardrobe) need to be repaired as they have faulty on and off switches. Additionally, we would be interested in also getting quoted for four power points being either being removed/covers put on them, and relocated to a wall beside them where the TV lives (seemingly there is power there as there is a power point on the other side of the wall we are wanting it relocated to). Have put $5 to gather quotes - not wanting to offend :) Sparky’s with their ticket only please.

One of the light is not working in the apartment so I would like to change it to power outlet and put another downlight on it

Existing smoke alarm beeps all the time

My existing hard wired smoke alarm has broken off the base plate. Existing unit is discontinued. I have a new unit & base already, just need a sparky to install and connect to mains power.

Plummer has checked the hot water system today saying it is an electrical problem, see photo attached

The electrical hot water heater is not heating. It was installed new only 18 months ago so I doubt it is something too serious, but it appears to be an electrical fault between the power supply and the element. Maybe the thermostat? I don’t know. Probably needs an electrician but I am not an expert. Hopefully a quick fix! $175 call-out and diagnosis and will pay for extra time and parts as required!
