Remove oven from property in Shenton Park and swap it with a property in Leederville. Ovens are same make (different models) but identical specifications, so simply "Plug & Play".... Budget is TBC - amount in budget is purely notional

Existing oven is being disposed of, and is currently hard wired. Need a GPO added to end of existing feed as new oven has a plug in cable.

Looking for a qualified electrician to install a pendant lamp in a bedroom. Single storey- roof space easily accessible. The catch may be installing the switch. There is currently a single architrave switch on the door frame, controlling two down lights. There is a built in wardrobe limiting access to the side of this. I’d like a 2 gang installed (with a combined dimmer/switch for the pendant) so will need you to enlarge the hole in the door frame and run the new cable through. I’m not a tradie but suspect you may need to cut an access hole in the gyprock on the other side of the wall. See photos and happy to discuss feasibility.
