Hi - I need to hang a light that will be hung from the ceiling in a corner of a room. We are in a new build townhouse and the wiring is above a slab of cement in the ceiling. However, the wiring can be access through one of the walls it will be hung against because there is an understair storage compartment, with a light inside that section on the wall. The light will hang in the corner of a room with one of the walls other side being the staircase storage wall (hope that makes sense). It will need a cable to hang. It is about 5kgs, so not light but not ridiculously heavy. I'd also like to have dimmer switches put on the lights on the bottam level of the townhouse.
