I have a 3 Mirrored door cupboard, of which the rail which runs the whole length has come apart and bent. Which will require a entire new railing installed.

We require a general handyman. We have two cots and we need the base plates lowered. We also need a new flyscreen on a sliding door, and we need a bedroom door slightly adjusted as it is creaking (beyond a simple WD-40 fix).

Wanting to install a side gate to block the doggies from getting in the front. Nothing fancy just simple, efficient and cost effective. Please provide a quote that includes everything. Preference is wooden.

Looking to have one robe hook and towel rail installed in bathroom. It is a brick wall. Replacing old towel rail and no electronics in the walls where hook or rail will go. I don’t have any anchors if this is relevant. I am open to reasonable pricing but this is a quick job, hence my original offer. Install Ikea Fridans blockout blind and secure nursery chest of drawer and shoe unit to wall. As per the attached photos the blinds are to be cut/installed on the inside of the window frame, Friday Ikea blonds are designed to be cut to size. Had a mate try to attach a front left wheel hub assembly on my Mazda 6 2004 but couldn’t attach / press in the lower ball joint. Looking if anyone can quickly fix this on site (Wembley). If not then I’ll probably just have it towed to a workshop.

Lounge ceiling (4.6m x 4m) is sagging and needs to be re-secured to rafters. A Make Safe has already been conducted with a structural beam put in. Please provide a competitive quote for re-securing the ceiling to the rafters. The property may be demolished in the next 6-18 months, so the repairs will need be such that the property is safe and rentable for another 6-18 months.

Vanity hinge needs a longer screw with plug to achieve a secure fix into surrounding masonry. You will provide materials. Refix 5 metres of flooring quarter round trim. The existing old trim is to be re-used. Small nails and possibly glue will be needed.

Looking for someone to install a folding clothesline, only have hollow masonry wall, so require special fixing to ensure strength and stability. Clothesline purchased and on site.
