Hello, we have a few maintenance/second fix tasks to be completed at our house: 1. Replace flap stays to 3x cabinet flaps (2 stays per flap - 6 total). 2. Install additional adjustable shelf mount holes to existing cabinetry (jarrah) in 1x area [note - edited - previously 2x areas]. 3. Modify 1x existing drawer face to resolve clash with adjacent cabinet door. Will likely need to be removed, trimmed/planed down, stained/finished, and re-installed. 4. Install 1x Laminex shelf under kitchen sink - will need to be cut to fit drain plumbing. 5. Repair/maintenance to 5x outdoor kitchen cabinet doors: replace hinges (2 hinges per door - 10 total); fit magnetic door stay/catch (1 per door - 5 total). We have all of the hardware to be installed - no supply required, except possibly fixings/screws. Thank you

We have a small renovation project at our church that needs finishing off. Painting, hanging a couple of doors, basic carpentry and gardening - suit a handyman.

Remove remaining cornice and repair any damaged ceiling edges, including areas of missing plaster on the rendered masonry wall behind the old cornice. Room is approximately 2 m × 3 m (bathroom) with rendered masonry walls and a plasterboard ceiling. I’m after a clean square-set (flush-set) finish around the room, ready for paint. Please supply all materials and include any ceiling edge repairs or patching required. Note: The existing cornice didn’t always have plaster behind it, so some extra patching above the wall line will be required.

Replace old cord with new, cord provided. Need someone who has restrung a clothes line before and knows how to add the tension.
