Second story steel joist is squeaking against frame when walking on top of it, very annoying noise. Cork floor upstairs so ceiling will need to be cut in lunge underneath to access joist - budget includes repair ceiling if possible (painting ceiling not required)

Punctured door, needs patching up

Require installation of a fibreglass laundry entry door to be mounted on a wooden frame as pictured. A cupbord door has come off, been fixed before by previous housemates just need the right parts.

Take down chandelier in living room and replace with down light (tasker to supply). Take down 2nd chandelier and replace with 1st chandelier. Down light (dimmable) to be installed where light near where tv is showing and move to over dining room table

I need someone to remove the security door that is locked in and attached at bottom. Hopefully you will understand by looking at photos. I have a new lounge arriving Saturday so I need the security door taken off. I also need glass door looked at as it doesn't appear to line up. Also need help moving my old couch (in two parts) outside once doors looked at. Couch parts aren't heavy- I have previous lifted with my sister so will help. I'm not that familiar with doors but hopefully photos help. If you need to go to Bunnings at all there is one 7 mins away and I will include petrol. I'm happy for someone to come tomorrow (Friday afternoon) or has to be early Saturday morning. Really not sure on price but it can be increased if needed at end. Need to bring tools or whatever you think is required. Last person who helped brought no tools and this is why the door looks like this currently.

I need a double towel rail fixed to a gyprok wall in a bathroom. The old one has come loose so I am buying a new one with similar sized fixings and will ask for ones suitable for gyprock.
