Remove existing sink. Install new sink (Posh Solus MK3 - already purchased).

There’s a smal hole at knee level that needs repairing, and the door handle on the inside is snapped. The retracting doesn’t work on the handle which is why there is a hole as I was trying to push it open thinking it was stuck

Re-silicone gap between bench and tiles, and around kitchen sink. I have scraped out the old silicone, so just need a steady hand to neatly put in the new. The gaps are wonky, and a couple chipped tiles, so will be fiddly. I have two tubes of silicone.

A couple of years ago I got an airtasker to plumb in the water / ice dispenser on my fridge. They connected it under my kitchen sink. Since then , I only get very hot water in the kitchen sink / if I turn the tap to cold it reduces the water to a trickle. It only affects the kitchen sink The dishwasher is also hooked up under the sink but it always has been and did not cause an issue. I’m in an apartment in west perth but we have free visitor parking in the building so you can easily park on site. Can anyone help out ?
