12 decorative verandah brackets (30cm x 33cm) to be installed into verandah. Will come already primed and painted, just need to be screwed in.

Patching of rendered brick, repair of skirting to match, repaint wall

Someone drove into a pole of my verandah and partial broke it. I need that section repaired and touch up to all tired looking parts of the verandah and repaint to protect and prolong its life. - Due date: Flexible

Rendering and plastering work required on our house renovation in North Perth. It's a 1948 home of which we've moved the kitchen, added some new openings and bricked up some doorways so there are a number of areas that need patching on the interior and two areas on the exterior. Images of the house are attached with notes explaining what we think needs to be done but would welcome your input. Not pictured are some cut outs in the ceiling for vents from a previous air conditioning unit that will need patching. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 26 April 2022

I need a TV wall mounted on drywall, wall mount supplied will be great.

Task is to frame up and fix a treated pine awning so that I can limit the rain that hits the doorway in the picture. Awning size is 2200 x 1000. To be installed at height so that I can 'extend' the Trim Dek roof sheets at the current roof height and pitch. This job is just to frame it and fix it, I will source and install the TrimDek separately. I will supply 120x35 for frame/rafters, and 70x35 for battens, and the fixings into brick wall and timber, and the hangers for the rafters from the fascia. Just needs to be a simple design, I guess fixed into both the roof timber, and returned back and fixed to the brick.
