Need a bit of plastering done in the garage so a garage door can be attached to the frame

Replace a wooden slat that has split on the door frame, drill pilot holes for magnet and reinstall magnet from old slat. Replacement slat will be on site. Will require cutting to size.

The areas requiring plastering works are: Ensuite, Walk-in robe, Master bedroom, Bedroom 2, Main bathroom, Laundry, Hallway Back wall of the living room The plans also show skylights to the ensuite, WIR, bathroom and hallway. There are 5 skylights in total, which will need to be appropriately sheeted and set around. A few other items to please allow for in the quote: All cornices are to be square set throughout the above areas. There are exposed rafters running through the house. These will need to be boxed/sheeted with plasterboard to both sides and along the underside of each rafter, then set ready for paint. Wet areas are to be appropriately sheeted and finished ready for waterproofing and tiling. All remaining plasterboard areas are to be set, sanded and finished ready for painting. Please include all materials, labour, fixings, setting compounds and any other items required to complete the works.

Want to put a new power point to a bedroom wall

Looking for two existing power points in our living room to be converted from two to four outlets. Seeking a qualified electrician to provide new faceplates/materials and labour for combined fixed price.

I'd like someone to install my new Soundbar underneath the tv (picture refers). I've managed to hide the power cord behind the tv and want to keep the same look for the soundbar, which will mean having someone poke a hole in the wall and going under the house to feed the power cord back in, behind the tv. It's also likely we'll need another power point behind the TV too, as currently it's just a one plug power point OR an adapter* I have the correct mount, as well as the sound bar. I'd need someone to bring two brush plates to keep the wall in good shape. Note there's only about 2cm gap behind the TV and we may also need to think about a recessed wall box behind the TV OR an ultra-thin flat plug/extension cord for side entry*. *If the latter easier fixes then I'd want to negotiate price down.

Removing several power points from 2 walls in a office.

Proven professional gyprocker/plasterer to: 1. Gyprock sheet both sides of a sliding door cavity that has been removed and replaced with studs/noggins ready for sheeting. 2. A non-load bearing wall has been removed (4.5m wide *2.7m high) and gyprock sheet required to lhs and rhs and ceiling where wall removed, including adding cornice to both ceiling sides. 3. Replace gyprock sheets to several ceiling holes that were cut out as inspection ports prior to the wall being removed. Gyprock to be left to a very high standard ready for me to paint. Ignore the far wall in the photo with the insulation batts. That won’t be gyprocked as part of this work. Job can be done in 2 parts: Part 1 to be done ASAP sheet old sliding door cavity and lhs of wall where wall removed. To make way for cabinetry install along that wall. Part 2 : remainder of work over next 4 weeks.

Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.
