Handyman tasks : We have a series of handyman jobs that need to be completed. - The biggest job is a short length of brickwork that needs to be rendered on a balcony. (see image). Looking for someone with experience rendering due to the design of the brick this may be a more challenging task. - The second is a gap along the length of the underside of a windowsill needs to be filled. This is largely to stop any airflow coming through or heating going out. - A stair-rod has fallen off and needs to re-affixed (see image appears was applied with liquid nails type adhesive) - A metal steel plate needs to be re-affixed onto an internal door. Will need to provide all own tools and equipment for works & please provide past examples of work if applicable. The main task is the brickwork rendering so this would be the priority.. Happy to negotiate on price.

Handy person required to take down 3 awnings ( 2 front of property and 1 out the back ) including brackets and a fly screen door. Single story home. Awnings, brackets and fly screen door can be placed out the front for hard rubbish next week. Must be professional and have your own tools to carry out the job. Photos attached. Can someone come and fill the holes without bricks and then render it white?

I had a wall furnace removed and a split system put in. I need the hole filled where the wall furnace was. Standard house bricks, mortar and render to be supplied by you. Render is a bagged finish. Half bricks on every second row may need to be knocked out and replaced. Please work with tarps to protect flooring and remove any rubble. Temporary MDF has been put in place. You’ll need to be able to unplug it and remove MDF on completion. No painting required - I’ll get that done once dry.

Looking for someone who can design and build a custom awning bracket for my roof rack on my 4WD. I have the Tradesman Oval roof rack and want to mount the Bushwakka Extreme Darkness awning to it. The awning however cannot sit higher than the roof rack as I live in an apartment complex with a height restricted garage. If the awning sits higher than the roof rack, I can’t drive in or out of the garage.

Need to have 2 door handles changed to ones with a lock and key. Currently they close but no key option, need to install for security purposes. One is a metal frame, other is wooden. Happy for you to buy the new handles etc and get reimbursed or I can provide them, whatever is easy. You’ll be attending a working office. The offer is negotiable but be reasonable.
