Hi ! Looking for someone to put up an Awning on my Pajero. The model is the Foxwing 270 : I have the oztent mounting parts and hardware but my cross bars are too tight for the T bolts to fit in.. open to anyone being able to fix it with an alternative solution before my big trip !

Internal balustrade removal and replacement. Looking to replace my old style balustrades (pictured) with a more modern looking balustrade similar to the below photo (the visor system or a cheaper alternative with a similar aesthetic). Also looking to put a more modern handrail on the wall to replace the current one. The length of the current balustrade is 55cm for one section, 106cm for another and 288cm for the longest bit. I had a wall furnace removed and a split system put in. I need the hole filled where the wall furnace was. Standard house bricks, mortar and render to be supplied by you. Render is a bagged finish. Half bricks on every second row may need to be knocked out and replaced. Please work with tarps to protect flooring and remove any rubble. Temporary MDF has been put in place. You’ll need to be able to unplug it and remove MDF on completion. No painting required - I’ll get that done once dry.

Looking for someone who can design and build a custom awning bracket for my roof rack on my 4WD. I have the Tradesman Oval roof rack and want to mount the Bushwakka Extreme Darkness awning to it. The awning however cannot sit higher than the roof rack as I live in an apartment complex with a height restricted garage. If the awning sits higher than the roof rack, I can’t drive in or out of the garage.

Need a kings awning attached to a Thule roof rack. I have the mounting kit but would prefer someone who knows what they’re doing to do it so that I don’t make any mistakes. Rack is 91cm long x 85 cm wide roughly. Awning is 2 m long

I need someone to look at two old canvas retractable awnings outside an apartment and advise if they can be rescued. One is rusted shut but it may be fixable as it's a recent development. Because it's a rental property I need to notify the tenants before anyone goes there. Strong preference for fixing as the body corporate will make replacement difficult, and the quotes I have on replacement are sky-high. Fee is for attending, detailed report and measuring the size of the awning so I can work out if the replacement costs are fair. I can't go in person atm. You don't need to go into the apartment but you'll need a hook of some kind to pull the awnings down. If you think you can fix it you can quote direct to me, or advise extra fee while on site. I do have an agent managing the property but they are not being much help in this case. Job can be done any time between 8am-6pm by arrangement, but ideally between 8-11 am as that's when I'm most available on the phone.
