We need a licensed electrician to relocate an existing double power point approximately 50–100mm sideways. We recently had timber wall panels installed and unfortunately the opening cut into the panels does not line up with the existing power point (see attached photo). The job should involve: * Disconnecting and relocating the existing power point approx. 50–100mm to line up with the opening in the timber panels * Cutting/adjusting the plasterboard behind the panels as required * Reinstalling and securing the existing power point * Reconnecting and testing everything to ensure it is safe and compliant The wall is plasterboard and access is already exposed as shown in the photo. There are no electrical wires or plumbing behind the damaged area. There is no stud directly behind the hole, so suitable timber backing or support may need to be installed. The latch on my window has broken off. I need some one to screw/glue it back on with new screws. I also have a power point that has come loose from the wall and need it to be re attached. However, there doesn’t seem to be any structure for the PowerPoint to go in aside from the plasterboard. Lastly, the fire alarm is not existent and I need the hole covered up. I’m looking for an all-in-one tradie that thinks they can do all three tasks. My location is right in front of the train station and can be a little bit hard for parking but I’m happy to pay for street parking and assist you carrying gear if necessary.
