Remove a small Plaster Bulk-Head concealing a water pipe (because the bulk-head is too big compared to the pipe) and patch and clean plaster between the pipe and the wall rather than have a bulk-head. See before and after photos attached showing the small pipe and the bulk head covering the pipe that is too bug and needs to be removed.

I need a new power point installed in my bedroom. It's inside the cavity of my wardrobe which I'm sure can be done. There's another powerpoint nearby (approx 4ft away on the same wall that's just outside the cupboard. The other thing to fix is a light switch that's broken.

Its a motor and remote operated Awning and extends full. It just needs to be realigned and adjusted to the correct position as one side is tilted downword and its too low on full extension.

I need a qualified electrician to come to my apartment to check an issue with a wall power point and/or a portable heater. The heater trips the power when plugged into a particular socket, but I’m not sure if the problem is with the heater itself or the power point in the wall.
