We are doing a very small renovation on our bathroom in Thornbury. We have trades lined up but are confused and overwhelmed navigating how to manage the order of operations and would like to have someone overseeing the project. Please note the photos show bathroom before complete clear out (the space is now cleared and ready for renovations to begin)

Kids have made some holes in rental property plasterboard walls (and hollow doors). I’ve filled them with cornice cement for strength, but job requires finishing. Sand back, apply top skim coat of plaster and paint (I can supply original paint). Moving out soon so job needs to be completed in the next few weeks. I've removed 5 x speakers, projector and projector screen from my ceiling and need the holes plastered and patched up, as well as some screw holes in a wall from some lights I had installed. Ceiling height is 2.68m. Need it all plastered and then sanded ready for painting.

Equipment: Painter to supply all brushes, rollers, masking, drop sheets, and ladders/step platforms. Access: Flat, clear ground access at front, rear, and side brick pathway. Looking for someone to stop up plaster in three walls in kitchen area, approx 25square metres (plaster already hung), plus various plaster repairs on walls on ceiling (fixing 100mm circular holes from old halogens x10), patching dents and crack in walls, so that it is ready for painting. Also hoping to install manhole door in ceiling to access attic area. I think about a days work - hourly rate preferred. Plaster board supplied and manhole mechanism to be supplied. Will need to supply plaster, tape etc. please kitchen shown below.

The job is based in Thornbury Melbourne. All plaster and plaster panel lifter (Soundchek sheets), will be onsite by Monday 24th November ready to go. I need some assistance to get battens and plaster onto the ceilings and walls. Please quote for 1 day labour, and we can directly negotiate for the remainder of the job.
