Replace 3 x existing power points.

The gyprock wall has multiple old anchor screws and holes in the wall. The first wall needs to be patched, plastered and painted. Second wall has minor chips in the plaster needs to be patched and painted. I’ve included photos. Task preferably to be completed on a Monday or Thursday between 8:30am and 4pm

Every few years we repaint the exterior render at the front of our home. The render is a curved section at the front of the house. We also repaint other smaller rendered areas. All white. Single coat sufficient. Just a freshen up. There are timber windows but they will not require much prep. The job includes the rendered area where the steps are, as will as the render on the top of the front brick fence. This is a 3 or 4 day job. We have other painting jobs for the successful tender, but we will first see how this job goes.

I need an electrician to fix the lighting in an awning that has been off for a while, I’m assuming only bulbs needs to be changed but not sure, it requires a ladder and there’s another small board with led lighting that isn’t working as well!

I've recently bought a Kings 270 awning to fit to my car, but might have bit of a bit more than I can chew. Plasterer & painter required for ceiling that had leak. Plumber cut the ceiling to access shower drain & now I need a plasterer to patch up the square gap which is around 30 cm By 50 cm

problem with ensuite toilet. need access to cistern to figure out source of leak. toilet is attached to built in wardrobe from the other side. plumber needs access. if you can remove the panel without damaging it and reinstall after the plumber is done. that will be great

Ceiling vent was removed to deal with a blockage between the roof cowl and the vent but the vent was not replaced. I need someone to supply & replace the vent and plaster it over to make it look decent. See attached photos - one is of the ceiling opening in question and the other is an example of another vent - the replacement vent & plastering job need not look the same as the example, but it should look decent. Please ensure your quote includes all costs - supply of vent & labour

1930s apartment recently rewired and chasing done on the walls and ceiling. Now need render, plaster and repaint. Minor damage to some heritage cornices too, but if complex, can exclude from the job / discuss. All up: 6 rooms of chased walls, 5 rooms of chased ceilings needing render and plaster, then repaint. Open minded about painting just being a patch job or complete repaint.
