I need a couple of small holes on a wall patched

Looking for a plasterer to replaster the entryway wall and a bedroom wall due to cracks. Cracks are from foundation issues which have now been fixed. Note - ceilings are quite high. Refer to photos.

We’re moving out of our South Yarra apartment and want to get it inspection-ready to secure our bond back. Looking for a general handyman to come give the place a once-over and patch up minor marks and damage before our final inspection. What we need: • Walk through the apartment and touch up scuffs, marks and small dents on walls and ceilings (paint colour matching where needed) • Fill and patch a few small gouges/chips (wall corner, architrave, wall dents) • Supply and fit a cover plate for a double power point that’s missing its faceplate • If possible, repair a small chip in a floor tile — happy for you to take a look, but not a dealbreaker if it can’t be done Please bring your own filler, paint/touch-up supplies and a standard power point cover. Max Infrared Full Spectrum Sauna being delivered and I need to have adequate power for it. It’s being installed outside. There’s a current double GPO there. Property has three phase - power box is around 20 m away in the middle of the property. Fill the Holes: Use a heavy-duty filler like wood filler or a rapid-setting joint compound (e.g., Gyprock Rapid Patch). These harden more robustly than standard putty and can better hold a screw once dry. Smooth and Finish: Once the filler is completely dry, sand the area lightly with 120-grit sandpaper until flush with the ceiling. Apply a primer and paint to match the ceiling. 2. Secure Reinstallation, use hollow wall anchors or screw-in anchors.

Fill in some small holes left by an old wall mount

I need some plastering repair done on a plasterboard wall. There are three holes that need to be patched and sanded. I’d also like help installing a shelf. Thank you.

The plaster around the light fitting is damaged. The electrician will remove the light, you will fix the plaster and apply some paint to match, and the electrician will come back to fit the light back in.

Need a bulkhead cornice added to match existing. 3.5m long wardrobe and 0.6m deep. Total linear length of 4.7m. You will need to buy cornice and find closest match to existing.

The gyprock wall has multiple old anchor screws and holes in the wall. The first wall needs to be patched, plastered and painted.
