My brick house was cement rendered 15 years ago and one spot 500mm x 600mm was missed. Another area has water damage and there are a few corner knocks that need repairing before i get it painted. Parking varies from difficult to easy and i can offer a spot in my carport. A vehicle with a large trailer is a problem. I need someone to supply the materials and do the rendering.

Due to an issue with the deck and concrete slab below, we need to remove the deck extension and brin deck back under the roof line where it was originally. This job involves: - Unbolting deck extension beams and bearers from original posts and beams. - Cutting timber flooring to be in line with roofline which is on an angle - Removing and reinstalling the glass balustrade to be on the boundary of the new deck - Cutting of the steel posts - Moving all demolished deck materials to the side of the house - Moving pool fence balustrade so the pool gate closes - Moving any furniture or items to complete the job on or below the deck

Repair of one arm mechanism on motorised outdoor awning that rolls shade up/down. Happy to facilitate inspection/quote to properly understand what needs to be down.

I’m looking for someone to remove a built in wardrobe at my unit in Albion. I need this done between 5-8 April, as I have flooring guys removing all the flooring 9april. Unit is at Albion, second storey walk up. Please include in your quote taking all the waste away. Removal to include the small wall on the side of the cupboard.
