Need a plasterboard piece fixed and plastering job on a section 20 x 20 cm and a minor plastering repair.

Need to adjust height of the bottom steel frame underneath the balustrade on my balcony so my new tiny puppy doesn’t go through it. I had added in this extra piece of framing at the bottom in last year for my old dog but my new puppy is even smaller so it needs to be brought up a little unless you can offer another solution. It will go of length of my balcony which is roughly 3 meters

1. Approx 5 x 5 cm damage / hole to wall moving furniture 2. A smaller area where a door handle had made a dent in the plaster. Would like both areas filled so I can repaint .

Need access panel cut into a ceiling for a apartment, preferably the panel will be opened with a key and flush with the ceiling as well as colour matched to the existing ceiling. Will take guidance on options for this.

Hi, given that Brisbane seems to have stopped, I thought it would be a great time to see if someone wants to do a relatively small rendering job in my kitchen. I need a the inside of a water damaged window repaired. The size of the window is 1470 high x 1200 wide. Plus finish off the 50mm above the window to the ceiling with a square set finish, and about 300 in along the wall to the right of the window…see photos attached. Ideally it would be great to get this done before the kitchen installation continues on Tuesday. Please provide a quote. Cheers!
