Enclose an area of a verandah with weatherproof board. The dimensions are a few meters by a few meters and height of approx 180cm. The quote needs to include measurement and a trip to Bunnings Newstead (15 mins away). The area will be used for temporary storage and it can be a very basic job. There are only two sides that need to be inclosed, the other two sides are part of the house. Please see attached photos. The weatherproof boards will need to be painted first with paint supplied by poster. There is a triangle area at the top of one of the sides that need to be covered with mesh attached to the ceiling and the inside of one side. This mesh will need to be purchased from Bunnings and included in the offer price. It doesn't have to be perfect, this is a job for someone that is handy and can get things done. Poster has basic tools and Bunnings can cut the weatherboard panels to size. However the job is better suited to someone that has a set of basic tools for this type of task.

Supply and install moisture-resistant plasterboard to outdoor 5.5 x 7m ceiling, fixed to existing framing, 6 downlight cut-outs and one ceiling fan, square set edges, prepared to paint-ready finish. No demolition required. Two panels already removed, other panels have visible joints and some light damage, so I assume best to replace the entire ceiling.

I have had delivery of a Sauna and need it put together. Everything is delivered just need it constructed. Can supply instructions. Electrician coming separately to connect power.

A section of ceiling was replaced due to a new sliding door being installed. There is a 6m straight line between the old ceiling plaster and the replaced section (plasterboard already installed) that needs the joining work done including sanding back the jointing once completed. The ceiling is 2.7m high. Note: Attached image is old. Ceiling plasterboard has been screwed in already.

I think it's a wiring issue because none of the fuses have tripped. Probably 3 power points effected.

Have some small areas of render that have come off a retaining wall (see pics). Render was bagged on with hessian, so just need those bits with the bricks exposed on the corner covered up and blended in as close as possible to existing render.

Some render has come away from wall and needs to be repaired .

Apply 2 coats of white external paint semi gloss to front verandah balustrade, posts, and, side cladding purlins and lintels and lattice. Exclude house facade.

Electrician to remove a power point that is sticking up from the floor. Need it gone ASAP so that I can put a rug on the floor. - Due date: Before Monday, 8 January 2024
