Garage sheeting: Just need a final coat of wall plaster in corners and fix up slight imperfections after base coat of paint has just been applied. Garage is 3x 6m however only 2-3 low spots need filling and back wall corners (ceiling has cornice). Need completed so painters can finish final coat. Pictures don’t do it justice, but is just minor touch ups mostly around corners

Plaster is off from roof due to leak from above bathroom

The property has experienced water ingress and has some warped timber and plasterboard. Also I have an insurance report that includes the below findings: * Front door - sand / plane to allow for easy opening / closing. * Plasterboard - to the right of the front door needs replacing. * Upstairs en-suite door needs some adjustment to open / close properly. * Check on master bedroom floorboards for damp. * Rotten timber under the upstairs balcony (this is something we both spotted from outside the front of the property), can we replace this timber? Image 1 below. Balcony: there is a significant number of missing seals where the beams supporting the balcony enter the house structure, this is allowing water to seep through messing seals causing water ingress to the ceiling and walls of the lounge room below (see photos attached). Master bedroom door: there are no seals around the door penetrations were it meets the building walls. This is allowing water to seep through via capillary action causing water ingress to the carpet internally upstairs.

Bought a new retractable garden hose in casing and need it mounted to a rendered brick wall. The holes for our old mounted garden hose are too small and we don’t have a hammer drill. Listing some other separate jobs soon too.

I have a customers who's seat supports have come off the wall of his sauna, All that needs to be done is the supports need to be screws and nailed back to their original locations and reinforce the rest of the supports with some nails, this is a simple job that will take 10-20Mins and is easy for anyone that knows their way around a hammer and drill, I will do a video call and explain the task more just to make sure their is no guessing and make the task even more simple for yourself.

We are replacing and respositioning some downlights. Need 9 holes filled where we no longer need downlights. Also need one corner cornice removed and replaced to match existing. Approx 1 metre either side of the corner needs replacing. The corner is behind the fridge, which I will move for you. Currently, in the corner, there is the last few pieces of the overhead cupboard.
