I'm plastering basically the entire interior of my home and need someone to help. I work from home Tuesdays and Thursdays and am looking for someone to help on those days for as long as the job takes. I live in Windsor and am expecting it to be a lot of regular work for these two days a week. I've just posted the job so at this stage I'm looking to get an hourly rate from people and will make a decision about it in a week. Budget: Please provide an hourly rate. Site Visit: Anytime

Broken dishwasher is plugged into this outlet under kitchen sink. I need it removed and updated with a normal power point to enable install of new dishwasher. Photos attached.

I have a kings 2.5 x 2.5m awning and brackets i just need four holes drilled into the roof rack so i can mount the brackets may require some of the bolts to be grinded down with an angle grinder wont take more than 20 mins I can drive to you for convenience.

Repair small hole in gyprock wall caused by door lock hitting wall after the door stop was removed to lay carpet. I will be supplying the paint.

Small patch on ceiling to be repaired with gyprock. Ceiling isn't high - could stand on milk crate and reach it. Really want someone with an eye for detail and to do a good job (and maybe use for future work). Not sure what a reasonable price would be, so will be guided by yourself.

I have a Rose cornice which needs to be plastered to the ceiling

Handrail and balustrade painting. Please see the pictures for a detailed look at the job. I have circled the areas to paint in blue and have put a red cross through those that don’t need to be quoted on. The following areas need to be painted: • Handrail and bottom rail x 6 (9L/m) • Balustrades x 75 • Posts x 6 (12.6L/m) • 2 lengths of fascia (3.9l/m) • 2 doors All areas are to be painted white except the handrail which is black. All timber has an undercoat on it and requires a minimum of 2 top coats. The stair treads have been oiled so it is really important to avoid dropping paint on them. The holes for the nails and screws will need to be filled prior to painting. Check the pictures for details. What I will provide: • Paint • Gap filler What you will need: • Paint brushes etc • Drop sheets • Putty knife • Sanding materials I am looking for a really neat job. Please allow for an extra hour of labour to cover any extra prep work not listed here. I would love to have this task completed by the end of Friday this week if possible. If you do a good job it may lead to more work down the track. Happy to and answer any questions and send more photos if needed.
