I need to install a new wall to replace the stair rail and block the stairs from the living floor to the ceiling. I also want to place a TV there. I need you to remove the stairs railing add the wall, and leave everything finished and suitable to install TV. It is expected to leave some space under the tv to place some electronics (there is enough space under the stars), The dimensions are 2 m wide x 2.5m high. Small entry wall needs rendering and a skim coat applied to some completed sections that are a bit patchy (done by me!). Trim has been applied. Job ready to go for anyone with a few hours spare. Prepare and paint wooden balustrades on the front of house. Approximately 12m of wooden balustrade needs to prepared and repainted.

Darts put holes in rendered wall. Damaged area approximately 2ftx5ft. Total wall size is 12ftx8ft. Someone who can also paint would be ideal. I can try to colour match and buy the paint if that helps. Landlord wants a registered tradie who can provide receipts.
