Hi. We have two section of rendering required to match existing render on house. And small touch to existing render. See photos. As you can see, I gave it a go myself but failed. Have one bag of acrylic render here which you can use. The bag says it will do the area at 5mm thick. Assume you may need another bag. Also have sufficient corner angles for both corners, however no adhesive. Easy access, no ladders required. Can pull up artificial turf to avoid mess. Flexible with day / time. Repair my dodgy render job I can pull it all off and assist in anyway

We are just after a quote if possible, to have our interior balustrade replaced within the next couple of month as we are currently renovating the property (located at Mt Gravatt East). We are not wanting to replace the stairs, just the balustrade/ railing. In terms of the new balustrade, we are looking at the following: - we wish to keep the main posts the same size/style - there is one at the bottom of the stairs (approx 8.7cm length), top of the stairs (approx 8.7cm length) & possibly one required against the wall (thinking half the thickness of the other posts at 4.3cm length). - flat style timber railing top & bottom (basically the same as the current ones that are slightly smaller in width than posts) - stainless steel wire horizontal runners in between posts - timber to be stained/painted white (potentially same as the wall colour which is Lexicon Half in a semi gloss) Rough measurements are just as follows: Post at bottom of stairs is 116cm high Post at top of stairs is 100cm high Distance between bottom post & top post (from outside edge of bottom post to outside edge of top post) is approx 74cm Distance between top wall to outside of top post is 183.50cm Please just let us know if you require any further info to be able to quote :-) - Due date: Flexible

Hi, I need my balustrade and outdoor ceiling painted. I have done an undercoat on most of it (pictures attached) Remaining will need undercoat and 2 coats, other just 2 coats. Ceiling has been undercoated, needs 2 coats. A lot of cutting in around hardwood posts/top/bottom rails. I have all of the paint so only looking for the labour. Located in Mount Gravatt East off Nursery Road. Flexible with works to be done, looking to be completed in the next week or so.
