Replace the hall balustrade due to wood rot

There are a couple of sections of my ceiling which need to be replaced due to a leak. Id like the entire section of the ceiling to be repainted as well.

Needing door frame plastered and prepped ready to paint.

Replace wood rotted bottom rails on balustrades on deck. Given height it would need to be painted prior to installation. Some of the vertical balusters might need to be replaced depending if they have rotted too. Two sections, Approx 1990mm and 1930mm Happy for you to quote, and happy to source materials if needed

An experienced and good renderer required to patch up some cracks on exterior of house and walls. Photos attached. 1. Small crack on exterior of house. Textured finish 2. Reception desk has power points in it that are hard wired through cables coming up through the floor. I need the desk disconnected asap and cables capped off

We have removed an internal door (124cm wide) and now need the opening finished so it blends in with the existing wall on both sides. I have skirting board offcuts that can be used for the skirting board on both sides. I will pay for all the other materials (and for painting if you’d like to do that too)

Our balustrade posts are connected to a steel stair frame and a steel bracket that holds a wooden post have rusted and come loose. Needs to be replaced or repaired and welded.

Need a repair done on our garage ceiling. Replace gyprock on ceiling, plastered and sanded. The damaged area is approximately 500mm x 500mm. I'll do the painting afterwards.

Small patch up job in a small bedroom

Supply and sheet ceiling, walls and fix cornice in a room that is framed in pine 4.1m x 3.7m, with ceiling height of 2.4m. Plaster and finish to high level ready for paint. Ceiling in 13mm plasterboard and walls in 10mm plasterboard affixed with gyprock adhesive and screws. Must be experienced.

Help needed to replace handrail. Original was affected by moisture and has been removed. We have purchased primed rail ready for two mitre cuts and to nail back the preserved battons. See photos for more information. Work needs to be completed asap. ***this is only for one side of the staircase, the other side is fine
