Outdoor tap wont stop running and i cant tighten any further

Hi there, I need a quick plumbing modification done on an outdoor water pipe. As you can see in the photos, there is a flexible water line coming out that feeds into a brass T-piece (splitting to a garden tap and an outdoor shower). I just need someone to cut the main line right below the T-piece and install a standard inline ball valve (lever switch) so I can easily turn the water supply off to both of these fixtures. Requirements: • Please supply the inline ball valve and the necessary crimp rings/fittings/parts. • You will need the correct crimping tool for this specific pipe. Hello, I have a a slight leak coming from my shower. I think it's probably just a grouting issue. Hello, I have a 1200 x 500 sink installed at my house. Id like that one taken out and a new sink put in (same dimensions). Ive attached a photo of the current sink and a photo of the one I'm thinking of replacing it with. Id also like to replace my mixer too.

Clogged sink which we can't seem to unclogg. The sink tap also needs to be separately fixed (have tapped it up to stop water spurting out). The tap may need to be replaced.
