we have moved into a Queenslander and the water pressure & temperature (specific to hot water) is not optimal. When hot water is switched on all the way you only get a small flow of water in comparison to the cold water tap. This is an issue across all taps & our shower. When the hot water is running it’s not hot enough to combat the pressure with the cold water, you just end up with a cold shower. Need help to resolve.

Delivery/install team said the original hose was not long enough, so I purchased an extension hose, but the second installers said they were not allowed to connect it. The shower has some cracked tiles and deterioration to the grouting. I would like a quote for what is needed to fix this leak issue. Either for re-sealing the shower, or for re-tiling (if the cracked tiles and current damage indicates the need) and for ensuring that the space is waterproofed. Toilet leaking out pipe or bowl (can’t tell). Drip down by the tap that has leaked through the bathroom in to bedroom behind it. Also water was running constant in the bowl. May need a new tap or parts in bowl (can’t tell) to stop the water leak. Water currently turned off. Also the shower in the spare unused bathroom hot tap is dripping. Cold tap is not working and switched off at the wall (but hot water still running). May need washer replaced etc. thanks - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 30 January 2023
