Bath tap seems to be trickling water. Thinking the washers might need replacing. I'm available all day Thursday except between 2:00 to 4:30pm. Can also be available from 3:30pm week days. Free parts of Saturday/ Sunday also. If not, can look at a date for next week. I've got one of those rubber shower heads attached to it at the moment but you can see in the photo, the water dripping out (even when taps are firmly off).

Beer tap pouring to much pressure to much foam on the beer

we have moved into a Queenslander and the water pressure & temperature (specific to hot water) is not optimal. When hot water is switched on all the way you only get a small flow of water in comparison to the cold water tap. This is an issue across all taps & our shower. When the hot water is running it’s not hot enough to combat the pressure with the cold water, you just end up with a cold shower. Need help to resolve.
