I am looking for a licensed plumber or an experienced handyman to replace my current bathroom sink with a new vanity unit. Task Details: • Removal: Disconnect and remove the existing wall-hung ceramic basin (see photos). • Installation: Install a new Fienza Edge 1200mm Vanity Cabinet and a Dolce 1200 Ceramic Basin Top (already on-site). • Assembly: The cabinet is pre-assembled, so no flat-pack assembly is required. • Plumbing: * Connect the new basin to existing water supply lines and waste drainage. • Since the new unit is floor-standing, some minor adjustments to the existing bottle trap/piping might be needed to fit inside the new cabinet. • Finishing: Apply silicone sealant between the basin top and the wall/cabinet. Additional Information: • I have provided photos of the current setup and the new boxed items. • Please bring your own tools and any minor plumbing consumables (e.g., PVC pipe extensions if needed). • Please take away the old basin

Tried to remove timer as that appeared to be leaking, as soon as that came off there was gushing water, had to screw timer back on to lessen the flow
