There are two ice machines which are to be disconnected from the plumbing lines. They may need dummy ends to shut the water dripping. The filters attached to them also to be removed.

The shower hose in the bathroom has burst and is leaking when the water is turned on. Please change the shower hose. The flexi hoses under the bathroom basin are rusted and please replace it.

Fix the toilet seat as its off its hinges.

Install brand new Roca toilet suite, back to wall model. Old toilet already removed.

Replace tab drains 3 of it. the leak shower. Need to change cartridges.

I need to replace the faulty Pressure Relief Valve with a new one. Also need to replace the rusted open/shut handle valve underneath it. Refer to Picture. Both are above ground with good ease of access. Plumber to supply materials.

The sink mixer is leaking water

Old post war home, bathroom renovated 13 years ago. leaking under house, possibly a small gap between tiles and long SS strip drain. Water leak around down pipe (water proof appears intact and some water funneled to opening around drain pipe from bathroom above). Full head height under house - easy access. Would also like some of the missing silicone around shower / bath replaced with mold free silicone.

Need to replace the tap with a new one in the bathroom basin. Only for labour happy to supply the tap.

One of the zones in our irrigation system is not functioning correctly. Although water is flowing, the sprinkler heads are not delivering adequate pressure or coverage. I require assistance in diagnosing the problem and determining the appropriate repair.
