Hi there! Seeking a licensed plumber for two tasks: 1/ Fix incorrectly installed dishwasher. Quite a while back my dishwasher was installed but I don't believe it was done correctly as the dishwasher cannot run a cycle. It turns on, starts, and then stops after a couple of minutes. 2/ Check bathroom shower temp valve and replace if required. Building has been having hot water issues but I have a hunch that in parallel, my temp valve may need replacing/fixing. Please comment if you have any other questions! I'm generally flexible with days/timing.

We recently got a new fridge installed, and our old fridge had a water pipe connected that we don't need anymore. When delivered, they had cut this water pipe and it is now leaking. We need someone to remove the pipe from the tap and add a stopper/cap (since the same tap is connected to our dishwasher we can't just turn it off). You will need to bring the stopper/cap that we would need as we don't have one.

The water shutoff valve for the toilet is old and doesn’t stop water if you turn the tap all the way to close. Better if we replace it now as it is quite old. Replace tap washers in shower (leaking) and replace internals to the cistern of a Caroma toilet. The flush button also needs to be replaced.

Our office has a small hot water heater tank above the kitchen. It has passed its useful life and leaked into a ceiling light housing and tripped the electrical circuit. The power is off (fuse tripped) and the water has been turned off. We require an electrician to disconnect the hard wired connection to the hot water tank and check the circuit is safe before turning it back on at the fuse box.

I’ve got a water tap outside with a hose attached to it. The tap will no longer turn (and hose is leaking). It seems to be stuck.

Our toilet seat has come loose and the toilet itself is having trouble flushing.
