We’ve got a leaking bathroom tap. It looks like the washers needs to be replaced.

Have an Airbnb apartment in Petersham, guest is reporting a mixer with water not coming out well, They have tried to move tap side - side, and adjust tap under sink. Need someone to go out and have a look. Would love someone i can use for other tasks too!

I am doing my kitchen and need to disconnect/re--commect copper water pipes to fit base cabinet. If we organise the day I can cut pipes and fit cabinet so will just need to reconnect. Pipes will need to be re soldered. The sink down pipe wont need to be touched as I will connect later on so just need to re-cinnect the hot and cold water copper pipes Thanks

We have just moved in and the washing machine pipe doesn’t quite reach the outlets to connect to.

The drainage downpipe of our vergola is awkwardly angled and may be partly blocked with leaves etc. so when we significant rain, it backs up and overflows. Need to unblock it or modify pipe so that it doesn’t continue to block. Happy to negotiate price.
