Hello, I’m after a quote for a full install job. Ideally from one person/team who can handle electrical, plumbing and tiling, rather than juggling multiple trades. The job: Installing a Japanese electric bidet toilet seat (TOTO washlet, or similar) onto a wall-hung toilet with a concealed in-wall cistern Nearest power point is currently up near the top shelf (see photo). Needs relocating closer to the toilet so the bidet can be plugged in safely and within bathroom electrical "zone" rules (AS/NZS3000) Will likely need a few tiles removed to run new wiring down to the toilet, then re-tiled/made good afterwards Also need the water supply connected to the bidet unit (usually taps off the existing toilet supply line) 2 toilets/bathrooms need this done, same setup in both Bidet unit: Haven't purchased yet. The two drain grates of our upstairs showers have sunk due to the grout and / or sealant wearing away. One is leaking into downstairs roof. Need someone to repair both of these. The grouting on shower tiles was done a few months back but the drains were not done so it is just the drains that need doing.

We have a replacement retractable hose reel and would like the old one removed from the wall and replaced. We also have a small irrigation system that runs from the tap, along the patio floor and to a planter at the back of the patio. There’s a leak from the system in the planter as is bubbling and would like this repaired. Not sure if spare parts are required but we don’t have any. Also the pipes have come detached from the side and would be good if could be refixed
