Toilet cistern leaking into bowl. Plastic toilet from the 1980s. Hopefully an easy fix. Vertical sliding window. Spring/spiral in the frame helps hold window up when it’s open. That spring seems to be loose or broken and window won’t stay up.

The shower tap is not functioning correctly. When the tap is turned on, no water flows through. The issue may be due to a faulty tap washer or a jammed internal tap mechanism
