I have a leaking mixer water tap leaking water from the gap between the rotating spout and the stationary lower part. There are two large rubber O rings that prevent that but are now worn. This means the tap has to be undone from underneath and lifted up to work on. I used to do all this myself but can't kneel anymore after a knee replacement. Only reply if you have had experience with this type of repair.
