Need a plumber to inspect and possibly install a temperature valve or diagnose the problem of shower temperature not stabilising. It goes with too hot or cold the problem must be fixed. I have purchased a temperature valve as I believe that is what's needed although I would much prefer a comprehensive inspection to properly diagnose the problem.

Hot water mixer faucet leak

I have a leaky roof. As you can see in the photo where I’ve included a red line, the roof drops down from the main part of the house onto the front. The leaks is in the front part and so I’m not sure if there’s a leak somewhere with all the rain and water overflowing onto the bottom roof. The roof was recently changed only a year ago.
