Up a brick walk-up apartment block on the 3rd floor. Destination: 281 Livingstone Rd, Marrickville. An apartment on the first floor up stairs. You will need to move the existing washing machine to somewhere else in the apartment (or you can just have it). Timing flexible, but needs to be between 9.30am and 1pm.

Job 1 - Replumb kitchen sink and remove insinkerator. Job 2 - fit bathroom sink tap ware - replace old pipe work with flexi. Replace old spout with new one (provided) to match taps. No parts provided other than new bathroom sink spout.

I attempted to replace my bathroom basin tap set but the back nut is not sitting on the thread and has eroded with wear. I believe it has to be cut in order to continue with the replacement and I don’t have the tools for this. Would greatly appreciate your assistance!

Need to fix water damaged ceiling at the kitchen. Probably due to water sipping from external wall. Would prefer a solution to repair and stop the root cause. If you see the attached photo, the white area near the ceiling is getting damp due to water leak. Note this a ground floor unit. Would prefer someone to come in first and give a quote.

Need a fridge to be Plumbed in at apartment but do not have tap / water near fridge. Will need to install from under the sink and behind drawers/cupboards/wall into fridge area or however you deem fit.

Just fix the lid will be fine. It seems that the nut underneath is missing, and the replacement part doesn’t fit properly.

Three tasks. 1. Toilet seems to be partially blocked. The toilet water level is normal, but after flushing the water, bowl fills up to near full. Over few minutes the water will drain slowly back to normal. I have used 2 different plungers but unable to get a vacuum seal due to the shape of the drain. 2. A different bathroom sometimes has little bit water comes of drain. A few years ago a plumber addressed the blockage by removing a ball of hair. Check drain to see if its slightly blocked 3. Shower head water pressure is quite low despite the tap water pressure in the same bathroom being good and another bathroom shower has good presure also.
