I am looking for a reliable handyperson to complete two installation tasks. I have all the new replacement items in their boxes ready to go. Part 1: Kitchen Tap Replacement Removal: Remove the existing black kitchen mixer tap from a stainless steel double sink. Installation: Install a brand-new, pre-purchased kitchen tap. Testing: Ensure all water connections are properly connected, secure, and completely leak-free. Part 2: Bathroom Fixtures Replacement Removal: Remove 2 existing towel rails and 1 toilet roll holder. Note: The existing towel rails are mounted on a tiled wall. Installation: Install the new fixtures (See images): 2 x 60cm Towel Rails 1 x Toilet Roll Holder Note:: Because the bathroom walls are tiled, care is needed to safely remove the old fixtures. You will need to either align the new fixtures with the existing holes or carefully drill new ones without cracking the surrounding tiles. What I will supply: 1 x New kitchen tap (in box) 2 x New 60cm towel rails (in boxes) 1 x New toilet roll holder (in box) What you need to bring: All necessary tools for water connections and bathroom fixture installation (including tile drill bits, wall plugs, and sealant if required). Cleanup materials to leave the areas tidy.

We have two outside drains on the balcony that aren’t emptying. We need commercial help to unblock. We have tried all basic methods. Need a plumber.

Scope includes installing washing machine plumbing in household 1, checking/fixing washing machine plumbing in household 2, fixing the sink blockage in households 1 and 2 if needed, checking all sinks and toilets for blockages or temporary plumbing issues. Studio: re-install a toilet, shower, toilet tap. Looking for plumber for practical stage-one works only, not the longer-term upgrade items. Meet at corner of Ivy St and Canton St at agreed time.

Move and install a washing machine, size 51cm depth x 60cm width x 83cm height. Move out existing washing machine. Origin: 38 Minter St, Canterbury. Up a brick walk-up apartment block on the 3rd floor. Destination: 281 Livingstone Rd, Marrickville. An apartment on the first floor up stairs. You will need to move the existing washing machine to somewhere else in the apartment (or you can just have it). Timing flexible, but needs to be between 9.30am and 1pm.

We have two taps that leaks and need to be fixed please - if we need to purchase washers or tap fittings we will do that if you can put them in - not in a rush will contact after Easter hope that’s ok with everyone

Need to connect the water from new fridge to tap in wall

I attempted to replace my bathroom basin tap set but the back nut is not sitting on the thread and has eroded with wear. I believe it has to be cut in order to continue with the replacement and I don’t have the tools for this. Would greatly appreciate your assistance!

We need help to extend our input/ output pipe to successfully connect our washing machine

Need to fix water damaged ceiling at the kitchen. Probably due to water sipping from external wall. Would prefer a solution to repair and stop the root cause. If you see the attached photo, the white area near the ceiling is getting damp due to water leak. Note this a ground floor unit. Would prefer someone to come in first and give a quote.

Need a fridge to be Plumbed in at apartment but do not have tap / water near fridge. Will need to install from under the sink and behind drawers/cupboards/wall into fridge area or however you deem fit.

Install the new dishwasher and take the old away.

Just fix the lid will be fine. It seems that the nut underneath is missing, and the replacement part doesn’t fit properly.

Three tasks. 1. Toilet seems to be partially blocked. The toilet water level is normal, but after flushing the water, bowl fills up to near full. Over few minutes the water will drain slowly back to normal. I have used 2 different plungers but unable to get a vacuum seal due to the shape of the drain. 2. A different bathroom sometimes has little bit water comes of drain. A few years ago a plumber addressed the blockage by removing a ball of hair. Check drain to see if its slightly blocked 3. Shower head water pressure is quite low despite the tap water pressure in the same bathroom being good and another bathroom shower has good presure also.
