I bought a new shower head from Bunnings. My old shower head is broken. I tried to replace that by myself. But I could not get it right. I just need someone to help me attach the shower head to the wall and increase the water pressure of the shower. Thank you very much.

My mothers Dux 50 Litre electric hot water tank needs replacing. 2014 Built. Located in the cupbord of a ground floor unit with about 5 steps to get to front door. Currently a Dux model no -50W136 I believe the new one is a Dux model no - 50S124P Prefer Rheem unit. Need to remove the old hot water tank and supply and install brand new hot water tank and test. Licensed and insured plumbers only and receipt needs to be provided.

I'm doing a laundry reno and I need someone to cap some water taps that are embedded in the cabinet, make sure it is simple to install a tap back on in the future P.S. it's extra work but if you can also cap off an electrical socket that would be great! if not it's all good. I have an old hot water system inside our roof cavity and recently water started to drip from a downpipe non stop. we cannot find the source of the water. We are also seeing some mould build up in one of our bedroom which maybe caused by this leak in the old hot water system. the job is to identify the leak and seal the leak.

Current Situation: I have an old gas storage hot water system installed and need it replaced with a Rinnai builder series 26L continuous hot water system (Which I have purchased and is already on site). Requirements : 1. Update the thickness of the gas pipe to ensure enough gas flow to the new hot water system as currently it's suitable only to sustain an old gas storage hot water system. There is easy access to these pipes via the garage as shown in the photos. 2. An installation of an outdoor waterproof power socket to run the Rinnai B26. 3. Tempering Valve I think will be required 4. Finally the installation of the Rinnai B26 continuous hot water system. Kitchen mixer leaking. Same kitchen sink partially blocked. Minor relief with Draino. Minor leak into cupboard underneath.

The flush button on my toilet is not working. After opening the water tank, I noticed that a plastic component inside is broken, and a large nut beneath the button has fallen off. I had to manually fish it out of the water tank. The horizontal lever within the plastic system is loose and not moving up and down normally. Currently, the only way to flush the toilet is by manually lifting up a horizontal bar with the lid off. If you have experience with toilet repairs and can provide a reliable fix, please respond to this task. Looking for a skilled plumber to fix it this week.
