Hi! Need help swapping out my mum's old washing machine for a Miele front loader (been stored in the garage). Here's the job: 1. Collect the Miele from the basement (B1) garage and bring it up to Level 5 via elevator. Please bring a 2nd person and a proper trolley. 2. Shift a few items around in the laundry (small chest freezer + shelving items) to make space — tight space, see photos. 3. Disconnect the old washing machine (Hitachi top loader) and drop it at the building's bulky waste area on B1 (council pickup is next week). 4. Install the Miele and run a quick test cycle to confirm no leaks or excessive vibration. Access: Lift between basement and Level 5. Tight laundry space. Please only quote if you've installed Miele or other premium European front loaders before, it's an expensive machine and I need to get this right for my mum.

I have an old 600mm vanity with basin and mixer which needs to be replaced with similar newer version. I will supply the new vanity, I simply need someone to install it for me and remove and dispose of the old one.

Tap in the bathroom is unable to be fully shut off. The washer might be faulty and need to be replaced.

Unfortunately I broke the copper pipe while trying to install a vanity on my toilet. Unfortunately the end of whats left of the pipe is a bit uneven so I feel a bit uneasy fixing it myself. I am hoping a proper plumber with more experience and proper tools can fix it to avoid any leaks.

There is a small leak under my mums bathroom sink. I have replaced the mixer tap and hoses but does not seem to have fixed it. There are four other possible causes - 1. Either the hot or cold cistern tap 2. The plastic s-bend drain pipe 3. The drain plug that screws onto sink 4. The small extension hose that connects to one of the cistern taps. Would like a licensed & insured plumber to diagnose, repair or replace part. Price should include any parts described. Licence and insurance to be sent to me before going to my mums place.
