Looking for someone experienced in silicone resealing to remove the old/mouldy sealant and replace it with new white mould-resistant silicone. Areas to be done: 2 vanity and sink * Corner/joint between the vanity and wall * Around the sink/basin * Remove all existing old/mouldy silicone before applying the new seal * Ensure the new seal is neat, smooth and watertight Kitchen * Corner/joint around the kitchen sink, particularly where the sink/benchtop meets the wall * Remove existing old sealant and replace with new white mould-resistant silicone Requirements: * Properly remove the old silicone and clean/prep the surface before resealing * New silicone to be white and mould-resistant * Neat professional finish * Please bring your own tools and materials * Dispose of the old silicone/mould residue after completion Please quote for labour + materials for the complete job.

1.Remove old sink tap system (circa 1987?),(tap + brass pipes ideally) 2.Install new one (ceramic, 2 hole system), i have purchased this (see pic). 3.Install stopping valve x 2 (not purchased, you supply) 4.You might need to supply some adapters as needed. 5.Must be licensed plumber with insurance. 6.Cavity to work with 103cmx53cmx60cm (WxDxH) approx. can remove middle shelf if needed. 7.Prefer today. My kithchen sink is clogged and the water is not draining properly.

S bend has been taken off and was all clear and determined the blockage is further down the line below the kitchen floor. Need to fix that
