Hi, There was a water leak before and the leak has been addressed. Now we need a professional tradie to 1. take off the timber floor. 2. clean up the water underneath. 3. dry up the floor and timber. 4. reinstall the timber floor.

Pipe under sink leaking. Tried to chang the black rubber still slightly leaks. Need a detailed check and fix. Pls quote with any tools and parts needed.

The cracked tiles in kitchen 9 in total need urgent care as it's lifting the floor making more tiles lift up. The water damage on flooring in the lounge is also lifted 2 floorboard with skirting damaged. The sink on common bathroom needs to be fixed or replaced as soon as possible along with the towel rails. There are many cracks all along the ceiling and corners with bathroom edge that needs gap filling.

Require these scratches to be fixed and the dent to be repaired and am prepared to pay approximately $500. The car is pearl white so i would like the small chipped of paint to be nestly touched up. (1) fixing a leaking tap attached to the washing machine, so that we can use the machine (2) fixing a leaking sink (plastic pipe with water dripping through from time to time) in the kitchen (3) changing balcony door handles x3 , (4) bringing and affixing window stoppers on 2 windows. We do not have stoppers - these need to be brought by the tradie (5) fixing the flyscreen on a window and replacing the fly screen on the door to the balcony (in line with safety regulations). we do not have flyscreen, this would need to be brought by the tradei.(6) Removing and filling the holes on the door, for 2 old door chains. Unfortunately parking is not available inside the building. Must be insured. We will have repeat work if the job goes well.
