I am switching my internal door styles and need someone to take off the old ones and fit the new ones. The new doors are 820 wide and the old ones are 810 so they will need 10mm taken off the side and about the same off the top. Also will need to swap the handles (which are relatively new from the old doors to the new ones). The new handles are a bit lower so will need to do new cut-outs in the door frame for the striker plates and if possible fill in the old holes.

I've removed 5 internal doors so I could tile my house and now they need to be planed 15-20mm and re-hung. I believe 2 doors may fit without planing so only 3 require planing. I've also got the existing screws and the doors are labeled to where they previously were. Thanks ! Doors are hollow also

I would like a quote to repair a crack on an exterior rendered brick wall. The crack is on an exterior rendered brick wall on the side of a tiled porch. The rain is running off the edge of the tiled area, down the wall and entering into the crack and can be seen coming down the red brick in the under-house area. Please quote me for repairing the crack including re-waterproofing the damaged area and retiling (with existing tiles if possible). Repainting the rendered brick facade in a different colour is not an issue. I'd like some rough quotes ASAP so I know what to budget for but the actual work wouldn't be for about two months. - Due date: Flexible
