I would like a blind in the living room taken down and a new blind put up. The blind to be put up is a simple, adjustable pole with brackets where a hanging curtain will hang from. The brown blind to be taken down, I’d also like to be disposed. I’d also like a towel rail put in the bathroom and the previous holes to be filled with silicon in the existing tiles. Thank you!

Also need a bracket installed on the roof in the second wardrobe and the anchor points tightened (slightly coming off the wall - see pictures). Will pay for the brackets or hooks on top of quoted price - you just need to bring it.

Couch is otherwise all set up. Just need the hinge/ gas lift mechanism installed on it (so four hinges in total). The couch is a King Living jasper couch purchased in 2021.

The masonry bolts have come out on one side and needs to be reinstalled.
