Installation of an awning over a front door, approx 930mm wide. I will supply the awning, I just need someone to install it on a rendered, masonary wall. Pic is an example pic only. If you need more info, let me know.

I’ve got a hole in the ceiling where a light fitting was removed and a couple of screws were removed. They need to be plastered over. It’s an old ceiling from the 1930s, if that makes a difference!

We need some gyprock walls and door frames installed. The yellow highlight is the new walls that need to be installed

We need our backyard studio to be insulated, and to get plaster boarding, window and door architraves, skirting boards etc done. We would also like a floating floor to be installed. Please provide a quote for painting too. The electricals are going in today so please let us know how soon you can do the job. The unit is 2.2x3.6m. I have a couple of quotes already so please provide your best price.

Two jobs: 1. replace a couple of leaking places in ceiling (roof has been fixed to stop the leaking from there already). Around 1m*2m and 1.5m*2m for each place respectively. 2. move position for one door. e.g. open a new door from a gyprock wall and close an existing door place with gyprock. Standard door, around 82cm*200cm.

We had a ceiling fan installed, however, it was placed by the contractor in the wrong position so we have had the ceiling fan removed but now have a rough patch job on the ceiling that needs to be properly addressed per below: 1. Repair the damage caused. 2. Application of plaster, sanding, primer and paint to colour match. 3. Ensure that the entire floor and room are appropriately covered with drop sheets, and leave clean and tidy after the services.

Need to fix the awning—it broke from the side due to the heavy wind. Looking for a strong material to withstand heavy rain and strong winds.

Need a plasterer for base coat and top coat of new plasterboard bulkhead, already beaded 2750mm x 600 deep x 300 high. Has recess to back for lighting. Preferably on weekend. Base coat and top coat will be supplied

Please see images for scope of work. Most of that will be behind a new built in wardrobe, so just need a simple patch up and removal of skirting boards.
