Pelmet + Blind Concealment • Install furring channels and steel studs along the ceiling line. • Build a pelmet structure to fully hide a roller blind. 2. LED Feature Wall Preparation • On the section highlighted in the reference image, install furring channels behind the existing wall so the electrician can run an LED wire internally and keep it hidden. • After the electrician completes the wiring, return to sheet the wall with new gyprock. Finish Required: • All areas must be plastered, set, sanded, and finished 100% ready for painting.
