I need the aluminium roller window awning repaired. The awning comes down / up manually very easily, but it no longer retracts up by itself. It appears to have lost the spring tension / assistance that normally pulls it back up. I have four other identical awnings at the house that work perfectly, so keen to get this one fixed! Photos of the awning and mechanism are attached.

Hi I need an electrician to add a back to back double power point on gyprock. Currently there is a power point on the garage wall on gyprock need to add a double power point opposite side thru gyprock. Must provide the double power point and it needs to be a specific brand check my photos of what it needs to be.

The gyprock and attachment to which Bathroom exhaust fan is installed is getting loose and is tilted. We would need to secure it. I can’t take it to give a more clear picture otherwise it will come down as a whole.
