Please refer to the attached before-and-after inspiration photos for the general appearance I’m looking for. Scope of work * Remove and dispose of the existing awning structure, including all associated materials and waste. * Supply and install a completely new frame and fixed polycarbonate roofing. * Approximate dimensions: 3.5 metres wide × 2.1 metres deep. Please check the attached photo; measurements can be confirmed on-site. * Use a strong, durable and weather-resistant frame and quality polycarbonate roofing that allows natural daylight to enter the house. * I’m looking for a simple, neat and cost-effective design rather than an expensive or overly elaborate pergola. * Ensure the roof has the correct slope and alignment for effective rainwater drainage. * Properly seal all necessary joints, edges and connections using suitable weatherproof materials to minimise water ingress. * Install the polycarbonate sheets correctly, with suitable fixings, sealing strips and edge closures to prevent water and dust from entering the roofing channels over time. * Ensure the finished installation is sturdy, secure, neat and built to last. Hi, I am looking for an experienced handyman who can install Gyprock sheets, ceiling cornice, and complete basic plastering (joint setting and sanding) in our garage. The garage size is approximately **5.4 m × 8.4 m**. The previous ceiling has already been removed, but there are still some **minor debris and leftover materials** that will need to be cleared before installation begins. The job will include: * Supplying the required materials (Gyprock sheets, cornice, joint compound, screws, etc.) * Installing the ceiling boards * Installing ceiling cornice * Plastering the joints and screw holes (setting and sanding) so the ceiling is ready for painting * Cleaning up the space after the work is completed I will **reimburse material costs if receipts are provided**. I estimate the work will take around **7 hours with two people**, but if it takes longer, I am happy to pay additional labour costs. You have to bring your **own tools and equipment** required to complete the job. **Experience installing cornice and handling corner joints neatly is required.** Please see the photo below to understand the current condition of the garage.
