I’m exiting a rental and need two small repairs completed: 1. Wall repair – A 3M adhesive strip pulled off a small section of paint/plasterboard. Needs patching, sanding, and repainting so it blends with the existing wall (see photo). 2. Power point plate – Two power outlets have a small gap/hole behind the faceplate where the wall has slightly broken away. The outlet itself works fine; just needs the plate refitted securely and the wall behind tidied so it sits flush (no electrical work required). Standard internal painted wall. Paint colour matching required (or I can provide paint if needed). Looking for someone experienced with minor wall repairs suitable for final rental inspection. Please bring your own tools/materials

Hi, a double power point in powder room within apartment not working any more. It was working fine but stopped working after an one-off connection of a high power appliance to the power point. Apartment built about 5 years ago and no issues with other data points.

I require a 65 inch tv to be mounted onto drywall. I can supply the mount or it can be provided and I’ll pay for it. Needs to be mounted onto load bearing area

Plaster Ceiling of Laundry room. Damaged when cabinetry was removed.

The sliding mirrored part of the wardrobe is not able to run on the track. Seems to have dropped from the top, does not have wheels so I’m not sure what is wrong with. Please see images attached and I also have a video to further explain the issue - Due date: Flexible
